You are buying a license to download and personally use the digital files of the edition you chose: an audiobook in MP3 format and a book in PDF format. You do not buy ownership of the works themselves. The author keeps the copyright.

The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-commercial. It allows you to listen to and read the files on your own devices, for yourself.

With your license you may not do any of the following:

• Sell, resell, rent or sublicense the files to anyone else.
• Share the files, your download links or your account access with others.
• Upload the files to other websites, file-sharing services or public servers.
• Use the files or their text to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI or machine-learning models.
• Create derivative works from the files (translations, adaptations, remixes, public readings, re-recordings) without written permission.

If you break these rules, your license ends immediately and we may ask any hosting provider or platform to remove the infringing copies. Companies that want a group or commercial license can write to us at roberthalesupport@gmail.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Delivery is immediate: as soon as your payment is confirmed, you are taken to a download page and your files are available right away.

Download links do not expire. If a link is broken or a file will not download, write to roberthalesupport@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and we will fix it or send you a working link. We handle these requests as quickly as we can, usually within 2 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any claim connected to the products or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may change prices, editions, or the content of the collection in the future. These changes never affect an order you have already paid for: you keep the version of the files you purchased. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
